InnoSource is seeking applicants to work as a Manufacturing Quality Coordinator at one of our Fortune 500 clients in Fayetteville, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career in the automotive and manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities - Manufacturing Quality Coordinator

• Safely maintain the smooth and timely flow of plant production
• Ensuring quality product is delivered to the next operation/customer
• Leading and promoting safety in all aspects of the plant
• Leading adherence of all procedures, audits, practices, and standard work within the operation
• Developing employees and fostering team culture
• Developing, maintaining, and providing continuous improvement within your team
• Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management and/or supervisor team

Required Skills and Knowledge- Manufacturing Quality Coordinator

• Monday- Friday 7am to 3pm
• Must have open availability including later days, nights, and weekends as needed
• Experience managing multiple areas at once
• Ability to meet quality and cost goals
• Ability to hold associates/team members accountable

Education and Experience - Manufacturing Quality Coordinator

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3-4 years relevant work experience or equivalent degree
• Management experience preferred 
• Veterans encouraged to apply

Benefits and Pay - Manufacturing Quality Coordinator

• Starting compensation at $25-$28 per hour
