InnoSource is seeking applicants to work as a Machine Technician at one of our Fortune 500 clients in Fayetteville, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career in the automotive and manufacturing industries.

Must be able to work either day or night shift on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule 

Key Responsibilities - Machine Technician

• Stacking, lifting, pushing, and rotating tires of all sizes with variable weight
• Troubleshooting force machines, grinders, barcode readers and lubrication systems
• Establish product flow and process requirements for FVM measurement 
• Making sure production runs smoothly
• Train and mentor new hires

Required Skills and Knowledge- Machine Technician

• Safety oriented 
• Ability to work alone or with a team
• Punctuality 

Education and Experience - Machine Technician

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Two years minimum working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Must be mechanically inclined 

Benefits and Pay - Machine Technician

• $22/hr - $28/hr depending on knowledge and experience
• Health insurance, life insurance, and dental reimbursement
