Your Role and Impact:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly and empathetic voice on the other end of the line, making a real difference in the lives of our customers. Whether they’re inquiring about their electric service, billing, or experiencing a power outage, you’ll be there to provide answers, support, and peace of mind.

Education and Experience - Hiring Event! Customer Service Representative with AEP / Appalachian Power

What You Bring to the Table:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role that required problem-solving and effective communication.
• Previous experience working from a computer full-time
• Ability to meet the requirement of working various shifts, including some weekends and occasional overtime—because helping our customers comes first.
• Residency within the state of West Virginia
