Key Responsibilities - Human Resources Recruiter

Your Role as a Recruiter:

As an InnoSource Recruiter, your day will be varied and impactful. You will:

• Collaborate with our Client: Understand their job requirements and corporate culture to find the perfect candidates.
• Source Top Talent: Identify and engage the best candidates for our job openings, occasionally attending job fairs to find this talent.
• Engage Candidates: Review resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and reach out to passive candidates.
• Meet Deadlines: Work in a fast-paced environment to meet client needs and hire top-notch associates.
• Support Candidates: Guide candidates through the pre-employment process by running background checks and drug screens, coordinating start dates with the client managers, and conducting new hire orientations prior to the start date. 

Education and Experience - Human Resources Recruiter

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 1 or more years in Recruiting and/or Talent Acquisition (Retail and customer service experience will also be considered).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Skills: Strong communication skills are essential.
