Key Responsibilities - Sourcing Analyst

  • Review Global Sourcing agreements for key terms and conditions
  • Support contract and system audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure contracting systems are properly updated and maintained
  • Lead and manage audit-related projects from start to finish
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and team members
  • Identify gaps or issues and offer recommendations for improvement

Required Skills and Knowledge- Sourcing Analyst

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret legal documents and identify key terms within agreements
  • Quick learner with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities
  • Ability to gather feedback, demonstrate urgency, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Proven follow-up and follow-through skills to deliver timely solutions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Capable of managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a team environment while effectively managing projects

Education and Experience - Sourcing Analyst

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Benefits and Pay - Sourcing Analyst

  • Starting pay rate of $21.39/hour
  • Monday through Friday schedule with hybrid work model
