We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an immediate 13-week assignment at Hillsdale Hospital. This role focuses on providing high-quality care to patients in Skilled Nursing Unit (SNU) and acute care settings under the direction of a Physical Therapist.

Key Responsibilities - Physical Therapist Assistant

• Assist in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Monitor and report patient progress to supervising PT
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support patient mobility and rehabilitation goals

Required Skills and Knowledge- Physical Therapist Assistant

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Michigan
• Experience in acute care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow treatment plans and adapt as needed
