Senior Training Specialist

The Senior Training Specialist plays a key role in designing, delivering, and improving training programs to enhance performance across the Order Management organization. This role partners with leadership to create effective learning experiences, simplify complex processes, and support the development of associates through strong facilitation and instructional design expertise

Key Responsibilities - Senior Training Specialist

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of training materials, SOPs, and digital learning content to align with business needs.
  • Manage onboarding and upskilling programs, delivering engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) to support associate development.
  • Act as a liaison with SMEs and support cross-functional initiatives, driving process improvements and change management efforts.
  • Mentor Training Specialists and oversee LMS administration (Aspire), including content management, annual reviews, and optimization.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness, report insights to leadership, and promote a culture of continuous learning across the team.

Required Skills and Knowledge- Senior Training Specialist

  •  5+ years of advanced facilitation skills leading virtual and in-person training sessions
  •  Extensive experience using engaging training techniques for maximum classroom participation.
  • Strong technical skills in virtual training platforms such as TEAMS or Zoom.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and support remote connectivity issues.
  • 3+ years of program management experience with scheduling, promoting, conducting, and
    evaluating course content and delivery for optimal results.
  • Strong instructional design capabilities, including creation of job aids, SOPs, and multimedia
    content.
  • Proven project history using the ADDIE process.
  •  Work with instructional design platforms such as Camtasia, Articulate, or Rise 360.
  • Proficiency in LMS administration and content management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to simplify and explain complex processes.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 

Education and Experience - Senior Training Specialist

• 3–5 years of experience in training or instructional design within a customer service or order
management environment.
• Experience mentoring or leading others, preferably in a training environment.
• Familiarity with performance metrics and quality assurance in a service-oriented department. 

Benefits and Pay - Senior Training Specialist

Compensation: $75,000 -$85,000
