We are currently seeking an IT-experienced individual in Memphis, TN. You will be part of the Technician Support Team.

The Endpoint Management Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of mobile and desktop device management solutions using Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE. This role plays a critical part in delivering a secure and seamless end-user experience while ensuring compliance with corporate IT policies.

Key Responsibilities - Endpoint Management Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Device and Application Management

  • Configure, deploy, and manage iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE.
  • Package and deploy mobile/desktop applications and updates using modern management tools.
  • Maintain the device lifecycle — onboarding, compliance checks, and retirement.

Security & Compliance

  • Define and enforce device compliance policies, conditional access, and data protection configurations.
  • Ensure endpoint security via encryption, antivirus policies, and OS version compliance.
  • Integrate with Azure AD, Apple DEP, Samsung Knox, and Google Zero-Touch for provisioning and enrollment.

Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Reporting

  • Monitor device health and status using dashboards and reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user and system-level issues related to MDM, enrollment, app deployment, and compliance failures.
  • Generate reports for compliance audits and operational KPIs.

Automation & Scripting

  • Develop and maintain PowerShell or Bash scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Use automation tools to improve deployment efficiency and system integrations.

Collaboration & Support

  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams (e.g., Security, Service Desk, HR) for unified endpoint management strategies.
  • Support end-users during device setup, application installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge base articles, and best practices.

Required Skills and Knowledge- Endpoint Management Administrator

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Expertise in MDM, MAM, and endpoint configuration policies.
    • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell is essential; Bash/Shell is a plus).
    • Familiarity with GPOs, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
    • Integration experience with Apple Business Manager, Google Play EMM, and Knox Mobile Enrollment.
    • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
  • Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):
    • Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or Azure Administrator
    • VMware Certified Professional – Digital Workspace (VCP-DW)
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Education and Experience - Endpoint Management Administrator

  • A minimum of one (1) year of computer experience, required
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, required 
  • Experience:
    • 4-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure or endpoint management
    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and VMWare Workspace ONE (formerly AirWatch)
    • Experience managing hybrid environments (On-prem AD and Azure AD)

  • $27 an hour starting pay
