Key Responsibilities - Senior Learning Program Manager

What You'll Do:

This role is responsible for designing and developing systems training and resources to support the launch, maintenance and ongoing onboarding and sustainment of the Salesforce system.

  • Conduct learning needs analysis, audience analysis and high level learning design to design all interventions for success.  
  • Consult with senior-level business leaders to determine performance goals, learning objectives, and project/program requirements.
  • Design and develop instructional materials for instructor-led.

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in training, learning and/or leadership development in a manufacturing, sales, or corporate environment or equivalent
  • Previous Salesforce experience/expertise required
