The Role

We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business development with mid-market and enterprise clients. This is a hunter role — you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, selling a differentiated combination of industry-specialized recruiting and outsourced talent solutions paired with our AI-enabled delivery platform. You will report directly to the CRO and partner closely with delivery, technology, and operations leaders.

This is an individual contributor role with significant earning potential and a clear path to sales leadership as we scale.

Key Responsibilities - Senior Sales Executive

What You'll Do

  • Own a defined territory and target account list within our core verticals, engaging Operations, HR, and C-Suite buyers at organizations with 1,000–5,000+ employees
  • Build pipeline through your existing network, referrals, and targeted outbound — supported by marketing and BDR resources
  • Run consultative discovery with VP/Director-level Operations, HR/TA leaders, and C-Suite sponsors to shape contract staffing, OSO, or AI-enabled solutions
  • Lead impactful presentations and proposals, collaborating with delivery and technology teams to tailor solutions
  • Work warm buying signals: vendor dissatisfaction, new Operations/HR leadership, headcount expansion, M&A activity, and expiring contracts
  • Forecast and deliver against your annual revenue target with disciplined pipeline hygiene
  • Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

  • Energized by an early-stage commercial team where you can influence processes and grow into leadership

Education and Experience - Senior Sales Executive

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience selling services to decision makers and leaders across industries
