About the Role

Join a high-volume, fast-paced pharmacy team where your clinical expertise makes a real difference. As a Staff Pharmacist, you'll lead day-to-day pharmaceutical care operations, mentor Pharmacy Technicians, and serve as a key point of contact for patients, prescribers, and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities - Staff Pharmacist

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care and patient management
  • Supervise and check the work of Pharmacy Technicians in compliance with Texas State Board of Pharmacy regulations
  • Guide technicians on complex prescriptions, automation systems, and orders
  • Review and verify prescriptions prior to dispensing; resolve questionable orders with prescribers
  • Ensure proper drug storage and full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accrediting agency standards (including NABP)
  • Maintain active continuing education credits across all required state licenses
  • Assist with shipping logistics for outgoing and incoming pharmacy orders
  • Uphold facility policies and procedures

Required Skills and Knowledge- Staff Pharmacist

What You Bring

  • Active Texas Pharmacist License (required)
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or equivalent from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy (or accredited foreign equivalent)
  • Strong clinical pharmacist skills with the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients, clinicians, and team members
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing demands
  • Commitment to ongoing continuing education
