InnoSource is seeking a highly organized, driven Project Coordinator to support strategic business initiatives across the company. This individual will help keep projects moving forward by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, facilitating communication, and ensuring accountability for commitments and deadlines.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives, keeping teams aligned, and ensuring important work gets completed. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in driving execution.

Key Responsibilities - Project Coordinator

  • Coordinate multiple business initiatives and projects simultaneously
  • Maintain project plans, action item trackers, and milestone schedules
  • Facilitate project meetings and document key decisions and next steps
  • Follow up with team members and leaders to ensure commitments are completed
  • Identify risks, delays, and roadblocks and escalate as appropriate
  • Prepare project status reports, executive summaries, and presentations
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and project documentation
  • Organize project files and information within Teams and SharePoint
  • Assist with process improvement and implementation efforts
  • Support senior leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives
  • Help establish accountability and visibility across key company initiatives

Education and Experience - Project Coordinator

  • 3-7 years of experience in project coordination, operations, business administration, staffing, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working directly with executives and business leaders
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required based on experience

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 90 days, the Project Coordinator will:

  • Establish visibility into all assigned projects and initiatives
  • Implement effective tracking and reporting mechanisms
  • Ensure action items are assigned, tracked, and completed
  • Provide leadership with clear project status updates
  • Improve communication, accountability, and execution across project teams
  • Reduce the need for executives to chase project updates and outstanding commitments

Benefits and Pay - Project Coordinator

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
