InnoSource is seeking applicants to join as a Area Manager at one of our Fortune 500 clients in Niagara Falls, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career in the automotive and manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities - Area Manager

• Maintain the smooth and timely flow of plant production ensuring a quality product is delivered to the next operation and customer. 
• Achieve the business goals of the operation including cost, quality safety, and delivery.
• Coach, develop, and support hourly associates. 
• Hold associates accountable for attainment of objectives.
• Provide first level supervision within the guidelines of the Collective Bargaining Agreement and applicable labor laws.

Required Skills and Knowledge- Area Manager

• Must have open availability as the plant is open 24 hours a day. This includes days, nights, and weekends.
• 12-hour shifts, 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am
• Rotating Schedule

• Experience managing multiple projects at once
• Ability to meet production and cost goals
• Ability to hold associates/team members accountable

Education and Experience - Area Manager

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1-3 years' experience in production manufacturing process and equipment.
• Prior work with training/organizational development or in another function desired.
• Knowledge of Production/Maintenance team structure, operations, and requirements.
• Knowledge of basic HR/training functions.
• Familiarization with budget development/management.
• Demonstrated excellence in establishing/maintaining communications and interpersonal relationships

Benefits and Pay - Area Manager

• Open availability as the plant is open twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, required
• 12-hour shifts, 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am
  • On a rotating schedule
• $40 / hour starting pay
  • Weekly pay
  • Eligible for pay increases dependent on job performance, attendance, etc.
  • We offer healthcare, a 50% dental reimbursement program, and free $25,000 life insurance policy
    • Eligibility for our 401k plan after one (1) year of employment
