We are hosting an open interview event for our Human Resources Recruiter openings. As a Recruiter at InnoSource, you'll be at the heart of how companies find great people. It's a job built for people who love to win: you'll own the whole process — client, candidate, close — and get to see the result of your work in real time: a person landing a job that changes their life. Who we're looking for

• At least a year in recruiting, sales, retail, or customer service, where you've thrived on being measured by real results.
• A bachelor's degree.
• A natural gift for building rapport and getting people talking honestly.
• Big ambition and a genuine drive to build a career, not just clock into a job.
