Key Responsibilities - Quality Tech

• Develop an understanding of internal and external customer requirements related to specific manufacturing processes.
• Learn and apply existing technical solutions to meet product and process requirements.
• Perform work in accordance with applicable quality guidelines, standards, and procedures.
• Support the development of rubber component extruder tooling, ensure the quality of extruded components, and optimize extrusion processes to support tire manufacturing quality.
• Support the industrialization of new tooling specifications for extruded components.

Required Skills and Knowledge- Quality Tech

• Positive and proactive attitude.
• Ability to actively participate in meetings and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Willingness to communicate openly regarding areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.

Education and Experience - Quality Tech

• Associate degree
• 0+ years of experience required; this position can be developed through on-the-job training and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to apply systematic problem-solving tools and techniques.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot equipment and process issues.

• Starting at $25/Hour 
• A rotating 2-2-3 schedule
