We're hiring an experienced full-time Recruiter for our Dublin, OH office — come build something great with us.

What you'll get to do

• Build real relationships with client companies — get to know their teams and culture so well you can predict exactly who'll thrive there.
• Go find exceptional talent, including the hidden gems who aren't actively job-hunting yet.
• Own the full process from first contact to signed offer: source, screen, interview, close.
• Coach candidates through one of the biggest transitions in their career — and take pride in getting it right.
• Bring your playbook — refine your approach to sourcing, pipeline management, and closing, and help sharpen ours too.
• Work alongside a team that celebrates each other's wins and pitches in to help everyone hit their number.

Who we're looking for

• At least 4 years of recruiting experience, with a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding placement goals.
• A bachelor's degree.
• A proven ability to manage a full-cycle desk independently, from sourcing through close.
• A natural gift for building rapport and getting people talking honestly.
• Big ambition and a genuine drive to keep growing your career, not just clock into a job.
