• Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve customer experience.

Education and Experience - Hiring Event! Customer Operations Associate with American Electric Power (AEP)

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• A high school diploma or GED
• Residency within 50 miles of the AEP office
