· Work 8 hour shifts between 8:00 PM EST-12:00 PM EST.

(Will be training with either 1st or 2nd shift hours for the first 2 weeks, then you will be moved to a permenant work schedule)
If you were hired for this position, your responsibilities would include taking inbound calls from drivers who need help with anything from a flat tire to a breakdown and working with a team of service providers to connect that customer with immediate support.
Must reside in one the following states: Georgia, West Virgina, Kentucky, South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, Oklahoma & Arkansas.
Technology:
• A Windows Desktop or Laptop Computer (Intel i5/Ryzen 5 processor or greater with 12GB of RAM or more).
• A Dual Monitor Setup (or laptop and extend display to single monitor).
• An Ethernet cable connected to your Windows Desktop/ Laptop.
• A Webcam.
• A Headset with a Microphone.
• A Computer Mouse.
