Key Responsibilities - Inventory Control Specialist

• Monitor and adjust Kanban system to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Coordinate with production teams to align material availability with demand.
• Track performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Document process changes and communicate updates to stakeholders.

• Must be able to work Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm

Required Skills and Knowledge- Inventory Control Specialist

· Plant/manufacturing experience preferred.

· 3-5 years’ experience in supply chain/planning field.

Education and Experience - Inventory Control Specialist

• High School Diploma / GED equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, lean technologies or related fields preferred but not required

Benefits and Pay - Inventory Control Specialist

• Starting Rate $22/hr after certification payrate increase up to max $26/hr
