About the Role

We are seeking a Tire Test Technician to help maintain product quality and safety by evaluating tires that require additional inspection. In this position you will work closely with the Production and Quality teams to analyze test results, identify potential concerns, and ensure that only products meeting company standards move forward.

Schedule (3rd Shift): 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay: $23 per hour

Key Responsibilities - Tire Test Technician (Temp Position)

• Inspect and evaluate cured tires that do not meet finished product standards.
• Analyze uniformity test results and determine tire disposition (approve, repair, or scrap).
• Identify and report quality concerns to the Production and Quality teams.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and follow all safety and quality procedures.

Education and Experience - Tire Test Technician (Temp Position)

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Prior experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, or the tire industry (preferred).
• Experience in an industrial or production environment (beneficial).

Work Environment

• Fast‑paced, heavy‑industrial manufacturing facility.
• Non‑climate‑controlled setting with exposure to heat, cold, noise, fumes, and vehicle traffic.
• Mandatory use of personal protective equipment, including hearing protection, eye protection, and steel‑toed footwear.
• Ability to safely perform the physical demands of the shift.
