Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative

  • We have customers all over the U.S! You will be the main point of contact while providing exceptional customer service and building relationships
  • No interaction is the same – you’re working with existing customers on a variety of complex inquiries ranging from financial to general insurance questions
  • You make an important impact on our customers’ lives! By counseling customers with their financial needs, you play an instrumental role in bettering their futures
  • You will be joining a supportive team. We have an excellent collaborative environment where everyone is willing to lend a hand

Required Skills and Knowledge - Customer Service Representative

  • Excellent communication skills and excitement to connect with team members and upper level management
  • Desire to build a career!

Education and Experience - Customer Service Representative

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • 1-2 years experience interacting with customers (this could be in any industry!)

Benefits and Pay - Customer Service Representative

  • $15.00-$17.00/hour starting pay based on experience and education
  • Opportunity to earn multiple pay increases within your first year
