What You’ll Be Doing: As a Corporate Accounts Sales Specialist—think of it as a behind-the-scenes sales and operations strategist—you’ll play a key role in supporting large, high-impact accounts. You'll partner closely with Corporate Account Managers and internal teams to deliver pricing accuracy, customer insights, and seamless sales support. Your day-to-day work will ensure our biggest customers experience world-class service. You’ll:
Support Strategic Accounts: Act as a critical support partner to Corporate Account Managers by executing pricing strategies, creating customer-specific reports, and handling key administrative tasks.
Ensure Pricing Accuracy: Manage and process pricing inquiries, forecasts, index formulas, and margin reviews to ensure data accuracy and business alignment.
Solve and Streamline: Investigate and resolve pricing or billing discrepancies, while identifying ways to optimize processes and improve service efficiency.
Coordinate Internally: Collaborate with sales, customer service, product management, finance, and more to support a wide range of customer requirements and project needs.
Manage Key Documents: Prepare and track customer-facing materials like price sheets, compliance surveys, sample requests, and audit documentation.
Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Create detailed reports and dashboards that help guide sales strategy, margin decisions, and customer communication.
Drive Improvement Projects: Contribute to customer portal implementations, data integrity updates, and internal efficiency initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
Detail-Oriented Professionals: You excel in managing complex, data-driven tasks and can handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Strong Communicators: You’re confident interacting with sales teams, leadership, and customers through written and verbal channels.
Tech-Savvy Talent: Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Teams; experience with Salesforce, SAP, Tableau, and SharePoint is a plus.
Commercial Thinkers: You understand the bigger picture of how pricing and service support impact sales performance and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in logistics or B2B sales support, ideally with exposure to pricing, customer service, or operations.
