Super Certifier / Tire Inspector

Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to play a key role in the quality control process at a major automotive manufacturer? InnoSource is hiring Super Certifiers to help certify and inspect tires before they leave the plant. This is a physically active position that directly impacts product quality and safety.

As a Super Certifier, you'll work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where hard work, consistency, and safety come first.

Key Responsibilities - Super Certifier / Tire Inspector

• Inspect tires for visible defects and quality issues

• Roll inspected tires into trailers for loaders to stack

• Identify and report damaged or defective tires according to company standards

• Ensure production flow is maintained without sacrificing quality

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Perform physically demanding tasks, including repeated lifting and walking throughout the shift

Required Skills and Knowledge- Super Certifier / Tire Inspector

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly

• Able to walk/stand for the majority of a 12-hour shift on concrete

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect small defects

• Must be dependable, consistent, and safety-conscious

• Ability to work independently and meet production goals

Education and Experience - Super Certifier / Tire Inspector

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in manufacturing, inspection, or quality control is preferred

• Must be able to work in a high-paced production environment

Benefits and Pay - Super Certifier / Tire Inspector

• Must have open availability as the plant is open twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts
• $16 / hour starting pay rate | Weekly Pay
