Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite)
Pay: Starting at $22/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (8-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities - Referral Support Specialist

What You'll Do:

As a Referral Services Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing day-to-day operations of referral processing and client escalations ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely resolution of issues

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing oversight of referrals to ensure timely onboarding and resolution
  • Monitor referral lifecycle to ensure continuity of care
  • Notify appropriate parties of transitions or changes in workflows
  • Identify deficiencies in routing logic and collaborate on engineered solutions

Education and Experience - Referral Support Specialist

What you Bring:

  • High School diploma required
  • 2+ years of experience in referral coordination, pharmacy operations, or healthcare services. 
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and managing competing priorities. 
  • Experience with issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and healthcare systems preferred. 
  • Experience working with multiple systems with the ability to multi-task
