Are you a licensed PTA looking for a rewarding interim opportunity in a collaborative hospital setting? We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver high-quality care in our outpatient clinic, with exposure to Skilled Nursing, Acute Care, and Outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities - Interim Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant

What You’ll Do

  • Provide direct patient care in a supportive outpatient environment.
  • Manage an average of 10 patient visits per day, each lasting about 45 minutes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation and billing for each visit.
  • Collaborate with physical therapists and care team members to deliver personalized treatment plans.
  • Use Agile RPM for documentation and workflow (training provided).

Required Skills and Knowledge- Interim Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant

What You Bring

  • Active PTA License (state-specific requirement).
  • Outpatient experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based setting.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive pay starting at $65/hour.
  • Consistent weekday schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm, with occasional 10:00 am–6:00 pm shifts.
