Are you a skilled Physical Therapist with a passion for outpatient rehab and helping patients regain their independence? We’re seeking an experienced Interim Outpatient PT to join our high-performing team and deliver exceptional care across orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric populations.

Key Responsibilities - Outpatient Interim Physical Therapist 

 What You’ll Do

• Evaluate, develop, and implement personalized Plans of Care (POC) for a diverse patient population.
• Conduct re-assessments and direct treatments to support recovery and improve function.
• Maintain accurate documentation and billing in line with facility standards.
• Collaborate with a cohesive care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Details:

• Patient Load: 8–10 patients per day
• Systems Used: Meditech (training provided)
• Specialties: Orthopedic, Neurology, and Geriatric Rehabilitation

Required Skills and Knowledge- Outpatient Interim Physical Therapist 

What You Bring

• Active Florida PT License (required)
• 3+ years of outpatient clinical experience (preferred)
• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and patient engagement
• Willingness to learn Meditech (training provided)

Benefits and Pay - Outpatient Interim Physical Therapist 

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate: $85/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• One weekend shift per month, offset by a weekday flex day
