InnoSource is seeking applicants to work as a Quality Associate / Quality Lab Technician at one of our Fortune 500 clients in Danville, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career in the automotive and manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities - Quality Lab Technician

As a Quality Associate, you ensure that the quality of the product is perfect for our customers.

• Collect and prepare rubber and tire component samples for testing.
• Building of certain components for specialized testing.
• Communicate atypical results to managers, engineers, and analysts
• Complete and maintain quality documents.
• Maintain clean work area through good housekeeping practices.
• Assist in the training of new associates.

Required Skills and Knowledge- Quality Lab Technician

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a steady work history
• Must be detail-oriented

Education and Experience - Quality Lab Technician

• High school diploma and/or equivalent, required
• Previous manufacturing experience, preferred
• Quality experience, preferred

Benefits and Pay - Quality Lab Technician

• $17 an hour starting pay
• Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays on 2nd or 3rd shift
