Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Advocate

  • Assist customers with a range of complex inquiries ranging from financial to general 401K or investment questions.
  • Play an instrumental role in helping customers make the best decisions possible regarding their financial needs. - No experience needed! You will get all the training you need! 
  • Help to support team success with daily team meetings and a strong cooperation
  • You’re the go to person for customers across the U.S. looking to make changes to their life insurance or retirement plans
  • Supporting customers as they navigate unique decisions that build their financial future
  • Provides complete and detailed solutions ensuring first call resolution
  • You will have variety in your day – working both individually and collaborating with a team

Required Skills and Knowledge- Customer Service Advocate

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with others.
  • Proficiency with computers and common office software.
  • Ability to understand general aspects of plan/contract and utilizes technology to enhance conversations with customers.

Education and Experience - Customer Service Advocate

  • Associate’s degree required, bachelor’s degree highly preferred.  
  • One year of experience in customer service, sales related occupations.

Benefits and Pay - Customer Service Advocate

  • $19.00 an hour M-F with an 8-hour shift between 8AM and 9PM, Potential for Saturday shift between 6AM-4PM
  • Fully remote
  • Benefits including: Health insurance, life insurance and a dental reimbursement
