Key Responsibilities - Hybrid Appointment Setter / Sales

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Conducting outbound phone calls to schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Identify opportunities for industry leading consultants to work with organizations throughout the United States
  • Secure appointments on our clients’ behalf based on a variety of qualifications and priorities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients with wide ranging criteria and expectations

Required Skills and Knowledge- Hybrid Appointment Setter / Sales

Required skills include:

  • Desktop or laptop computer (required in order to work remotely - no Chromebooks)
  • Must be able to pass Internet Speed Test requirements. 

Education and Experience - Hybrid Appointment Setter / Sales

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required 
  • Cold calling experience highly preferred 
  • Telemarketing experience preferred
  • B2B appointment setting experience preferred

Benefits and Pay - Hybrid Appointment Setter / Sales

  • $17.00/hr for the first 120 days, then $15.00/hr + commission 
  • Paid Training
  • Daylight Hours
  • Benefits after 30 days of employment (Health, Dental Reimbursement, Life Insurance)
