Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm. 

Key Responsibilities - HVAC Technician

• Maintain commercial buildings, which includes repair heating, ventilation, and air
  conditioning (HVAC) systems
• Perform routine maintenance on commercial buildings and HVAC systems to ensure
  optimal performance
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair maintenance issues and recommend appropriate
  solutions
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Required Skills and Knowledge- HVAC Technician

• Must have Universal EPA or EPA III 
• Be willing to work independently or as a team 
• Coachable / willingness to learn 
• Punctual

Education and Experience - HVAC Technician

• 2+ years experience in HVAC
• High School Diploma/ GED equivalent

Benefits and Pay - HVAC Technician

• Up to $29/hr based upon knowledge and experience. Pay is negotiable.
