We are currently seeking a customer-focused individual in Robinson Township. You will be part of our team using your experience to support our internal associates all across the United States and some parts of Canada (NOTE: no travel is required for this position). A regular Monday-Friday schedule with day shift hours and great benefits. (Overtime is sometimes required during peak, busy times.)

Key Responsibilities - Information Technology Field Configuration

• Configuring, deploying and installing desktops, laptops, thin clients and printers that are deployed to various sites
• Support for additional requests for service
• Assisting the Team Lead with current and future projects

Required Skills and Knowledge- Information Technology Field Configuration

• Previous IT experience, preferred
• Ability to lift or move 70lbs occasionally (think of lifting / moving printers) 
• Ability to sit / stand for long periods
• Strong problem-solving skills

Education and Experience - Information Technology Field Configuration

• A minimum of one (1) year of computer experience, required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, required 

Benefits and Pay - Information Technology Field Configuration

• $16.50 an hour starting pay
• Monday through Friday schedule
  • 8 AM to 4 PM shift
