Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative - NW Arkansas

If you were hired for this position, your responsibilities would include taking inbound calls from drivers who need help with anything from a flat tire to a breakdown and working with a team of service providers to connect that customer with immediate support.

• A Windows Desktop or Laptop Computer ( > or = 12.00GB & > 4000 CPU).
• A Dual Monitor Setup (or laptop and extend display to single monitor).

• A Webcam.
• A Headset with a Microphone.
• A Computer Mouse.

Education and Experience - Customer Service Representative - NW Arkansas

• High School Diploma / GED equivalent
• Prior remote customer service experience preferred but not required
