We have partnered with the nation's largest non-bank mortgaging lender, and are actively seeking passionate Bilingual Customer Service Representative to come in and learn the ropes at the Chandler, AZ location. A comprehensive paid training period will provide you with all you need to know to be successful in this role, so no previous industry experience is required! We are actively hiring during Covid-19. All new hires will start out remotely and transition to our call center environment at a later date.

Key Responsibilities - Bilingual Customer Service Representative

  • Building strong relationships and connecting with your customers
  • Answering in-bound phone calls from customers in regards to mortgage servicing
  • Assisting customers with payments, due date changes, and other loan maintenance
  • Conducting follow-up calls to examine and ensure a resolution
  • Remaining knowledgeable about home loan options, continuing education, and keeping customers well-informed
  • Celebrating success, enjoying your work, and collaborating in a professional environment

Required Skills and Knowledge - Bilingual Customer Service Representative

  • A genuine ability to connect with customers and build strong relationships
  • Able to communicate fluently in English and Spanish
  • Have access to the internet, a computer, and a phone!  
    • Will be work from home during COVID-19, but will return to site. Must be located in Phoenix, AZ area. 
  • Availability to work the below shifts:
    • Monday – Friday with open availability between 7:00am – 8:00pm
    • Saturday 7:00am – 11:00am (1 mandatory a month)

Education and Experience - Bilingual Customer Service Representative

  • At least 1 + years of customer service experience in most recent position 
  • Retail/Serving is a plus
  • No call center experience required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Benefits and Pay - Bilingual Customer Service Representative

  • $16.11/hr, plus monthly uncapped bonuses, opportunity for 10% increase with Bilingual Spanish skill
  • Uncapped monthly bonuses based on customer service
