Required Skills and Knowledge- Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with others.
  • Proficiency with computers and common office software.
  • Ability to understand general aspects of plans/contracts and utilize technology to enhance conversations with customers.

Education and Experience - Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

  • Minimum Associate’s degree required
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred (any industry!)
  • No insurance license or prior experience needed
