Key Responsibilities - Recruiting / Payroll Intern

What You’ll Do

As a Recruiting and Payroll Intern, you’ll support our HR team by:

• Assisting with job postings and candidate sourcing.
• Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screens.
• Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Supporting onboarding and candidate follow-up processes.
• Assisting with payroll data entry and validation.
• Helping maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Learning compliance basics related to payroll and employment.

Education and Experience - Recruiting / Payroll Intern

Who We’re Looking For

• Education: Current Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Interest: Passion for Human Resources, Recruiting, Payroll, or Business Administration.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience: Customer service or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
