We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Marketing Specialist to join our first-class Intermediated Marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our life distribution channels through strategic marketing execution and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities - Lead Marketing Specialist

• Utilizes strong core marketing competencies to lead and/or assist in the development and implementation of overall business and marketing strategy and action plans.
• Leads and/or assists in the development and execution of strategies and plans that ensure long term sustainable growth of the business.
• Plans effective development and/or execution of mid-range marketing projects of mid to high complexity.
• Projects or forecasts future marketing needs. Evaluates impact of marketing objectives and strategies

Education and Experience - Lead Marketing Specialist

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
• Demonstrated experience in marketing environment required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills – important to communicate with clarity and purpose to the team and partner with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Benefits and Pay - Lead Marketing Specialist

• Starting pay rate of $45/HR

• Monday-Friday 8-5, first shift schedule
