Key Responsibilities - Member Service Representative

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver Elite Service: Engage with members to ensure every detail of their travel is flawless.
  • Build Relationships: Anticipate needs and create trust through proactive communication.
  • Own the Details: Monitor flights, manage profiles, and guarantee accurate documentation.
  • Solve Problems Fast: Provide creative solutions to keep trips on track.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with your team to ensure seamless execution of services.

Required Skills and Knowledge- Member Service Representative

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to commute to Chamblee, GA daily.
    • Bonus Points: Aviation experience or a degree in Aviation Management.

  • Consistent weekday schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM
