The ideal candidate will have customer service experience along with strong organizational and attention to details skills.

Key Responsibilities - Call Center

  • Interact with courts to locate estate information
  • Research on court websites
  • Data entry and faxing
  • Use Excel spreadsheets to track various activities

Required Skills and Knowledge - Call Center

  • Customer service and/or office experience
  • Professional phone presence
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Impeccable attendance record

Education and Experience - Call Center

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (including excel)

Benefits and Pay - Call Center

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Set Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm
  • Compensation: $12 per hour + benefits package
