If you answered yes to any of the questions above, apply today! Our Fortune 500 client in the automotive industry is seeking a qualified Senior Manufacturing Associate!

Schedule:  Monday through Friday, 8-hours. Full-time. 

  • Responsible for the training for new and current Technicians.
  • Development and implementation of standard work.
  • CCM machine recipe design and performance tracking.
  • Monitor machine settings and make adjustments to ensure consistent tire quality and performance standards.
  • Conduct inspections during and after machine operation to ensure tires meet uniformity Specs.
  • Troubleshoot, including setup of machinery to tire specs at force variation testing machines, and tire uniformity machines.
  • Identify and troubleshoot basic machine malfunctions or irregularities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of chucks and tools needed for necessary chuck changes.
  • Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout protocols, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with supervisors, quality control teams, and maintenance personnel.

Required Skills and Knowledge- Senior Force Machine Technician

  • Monitoring machines to ensure they are running properly
  • Fixing jams in the machine
  • Adhering to all safety policies - safety is #1!
  • Proper PPE knowledge and wearing is required

Education and Experience - Senior Force Machine Technician

Required education / experience:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, preferably in the tire or rubber industry.
  • Basic mechanical repair knowledge and ability to operate industrial equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret production work orders and quality specifications.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Preferred experience (but not required):

  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Familiarity with tire testing standards (e.g., force variation, balance, radial/lateral run-out).
  • Experience using measurement and inspection tools.
  • Understanding of quality control processes in tire production.

Benefits and Pay - Senior Force Machine Technician

  • $30 / hour starting pay
  • Monday through Friday
    • 8-hour shifts
    • Shift work, including nights and weekends, may be required.
