Hours: Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm

Key Responsibilities - HVAC Technician

•  Maintain commercial buildings, which includes repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
• Perform routine maintenance on commercial buildings and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair maintenance issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Required Skills and Knowledge- HVAC Technician

• Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate maintenance of HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and explain technical information clearly
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor

Education and Experience - HVAC Technician

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician in a commercial/ residental setting
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning and mechanical systems
• Experience in field service and building maintenance repairs
• Universal EPA or EPA 3 required

• Up to $29/hr
