Key Responsibilities - Home Health Occupational Therapist

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct patient care in an in-home enviornment.
• Manage an average of 11 patient visits per day.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and billing for each visit.
• Use Agile RPM, Brighttree, and Net Health for documentation and workflow (training provided).

Required Skills and Knowledge- Home Health Occupational Therapist

What You Bring

• Active OT License (state-specific requirement).
• Home Health experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based setting.
