As a Tech Care Technician, the primary focus is technical support in a walk-up desk environment. Users with issues will be able to bring their devices to the desk for assistance with technical support issues ranging from Hardware and Software to Hardwired and Wireless Networking. In addition to this, Technicians cover a ticket queue for users in the building who had called into the Help Desk line for issues where the equipment may not be able to be brought down to the Tech Care Desk.
