Key Responsibilities - Configuration Technician

• • Configuring, deploying and installing desktops, laptops, thin clients and printers that are to be deployed to various sites all over the country and some parts of Canada.
  • May provide some remote support if there is an issue with the new device once the user receives it.
  • Assisting the Team Lead with current and future projects – both field and corporate sides
  • 50% of position is imaging computers and loading on applicable / relevant software
  • Helping both in-office corporate employees as well as remote workers
  • Typically all Dells (or similar) and a rare, occasional set-up of Macs

Required Skills and Knowledge- Configuration Technician

• Previous IT experience, preferred
• Ability to sit / stand for long periods
• Strong problem-solving skills

Education and Experience - Configuration Technician

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, required 
• One (1) year of relevant IT / computer experience, preferred but not required

Benefits and Pay - Configuration Technician

• $16.50 / hour starting pay
• Daytime schedule
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8 AM to 4 PM
