Key Responsibilities - Human Resources Account Manager

How does an InnoSource Human Resources Account Manager spend their day?

 Managing multiple HR processes with the focus on problem diagnosis/resolution, compliance, and relationship building. This role will also be responsible for cultivating relationships with key contacts at the client site to ensure exceptional customer service and identify future staffing opportunities.  Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Manage and facilitate new hire onboarding process and related documentation ensuring compliance
  • Communicate and enforce InnoSource guidelines derived from the InnoSource Handbook
  • Act as a liaison between InnoSource and the client and as an advocate for InnoSource associates
  • Handle all associate relations items, including but not limited to: coachings, warnings, terminations, and general questions
  • Develop and maintain strong, productive working relationships with client personnel and associates
  • Be proactive in identifying opportunities for growth by exploring client needs and adapting to an ever-changing environment
  • Provide recruiting support including resume & phone screens, scheduling & conducting behavioral-based interviews
  • Travel is required 60% of the time to client locations

Education and Experience - Human Resources Account Manager

  • Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills are required
  • Ideally, 2-3 years of management/leadership experience
  • Self-motivated, extremely detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills
  • A positive contributor to a passionate, collaborative culture
